It was unfortunate I did not get the name of the representative that helped me. She had tattoos and the bubbliest and warmest personality ever. She provided exceptional service and provided me with a few things I didn't know.
It was a stressful situation that she made look easy. It would be nice if all interactions were like that.

I went to do a change in ownership of a car and had fantastic service. Darla was extremely polite, super helpful and had a wonderful sense of humour or she just laughed because that’s what you’re supposed to do. ???? So I needed to put plates on a car I hadn’t under for some time, called my regular place, closing in 5 mins… well they didn’t answer, thought maybe Knight Archer would be available later, yup! They are, and I had the absolute pleasure of reaching Lori, she is amazing, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable, with in Minutes the registration was completed and an email in my box. Just cannot say enough about Lori, great phone etiquette, and manners. Super easy to work with. Ask for Lori!
