In the process of buying my first home, i quickly needed home insurance to finish off the process. After spending all week trying to get any help from a different broker agency, where all my emails and phone calls went unreturned. My week of stress was quickly handled by Paul A. when i decided to call Knight Archer. Paul was super helpful with the entire process and only took about half an hour start to finish, and assured me he would be able to finish and send out my application immediately. Thanks to Paul and the Team over at Knight Archer. Nothing is worse than trying to deal with something for the first time and having to jump through hoops for it. Ya’ll made it super easy. Patty's service attitude is very good, especially professional, explaining the insurance terms clearly and clearly, and will give reasonable professional opinions according to the actual situation. I was worried that the case would be hopeless, but Patty used her very skilled professional knowledge to successfully help me get a claim. The process was difficult, but she was very careful and patient, and the whole communication process was very pleasant. She is a very trustworthy and good broker. Because of her, I trust Knighter arch even more!

Knight Archer in Vic Ave is a great place for customers. I had some issues regarding my vehicle. Lisa was wonderful and helped me through the process and everytime I felt my concerns are valued and sincerely solving the problem. The communication was great, smooth and top of all quick.

Kristine and Abdullah were amazing. I was turned away from another agency because my AB ID needed to be valid to transfer it over. A quick call and Abdullah was able to assure me that as long as it was less than 6 months expired there was no issue to setup on sgi. When I walked in Kristine was first to help and was more than a pleasure to deal with. She was quick, professional and could joke around and still maintain the service I expected. My condo insurance came up for renewal, it was through Knight Archer Insurance in Regina. I had questions about my policy so tried to get in touch, after a few attempts to have someone return my call, I was put in touch with a Broker named Shan Lu. His name was not the name on my policy that was up for renewal as my contact Broker but because I couldn't get help from anyone else he stepped up to the plate. He not only answered all my questions, he took the time to search around and get me a better price in comparison to what I currently have. I would highly recommend working with Shan he goes above and beyond to help.

It is been a while I visited this SGI brokers. Before pandemic, here already upgrade the size and renovation. During pandemic here still open as usual, but it has limited about visitors. Pretty much good service for many different brokers, and the location is very suitable for people who need renew insurance or apply a ID. Around 10 parking sports in front here, and over 40 near by the Co-op. Back to 2014, it was just 1/3 space for them. And a Roger was sit beside which taken around 140 as feet.

Just went here for a notary service and it went smoothly. Learned it would have been free if we'd had policies there, which my own broker doesn't do, so I might switch my package policy when it comes up for renewal.

I had an issue with my commercial medical and needed it refaxed to SGI, the gentleman that assisted me not only faxed it but emailed it also and as I had asked he called to confirm they received it and this is the above and beyond that he stayed on the line with SGI till they had approved it and reinstated my class 1A license which he printed a copy out and handed to me. I did not get the employee's name but thank you for the great service.

I called ahead to request a notary. The woman who does it (her name escapes me) was absolutely stellar at her job. She was attentive, kind and very personable. All the staff was great, but she was spectacular and definitely deserves a raise!

My house insurance was changed to another company, but there were problems getting correct info to them, I phoned the office to see what the problem was ,i was told they had corrected it and all was in place, but it was not, i final went to the office and asked if this could get corrected, i got in to see Karen Filleul she looked over the file and seen there were mistakes, she said that she would get this fixed and she did , she informed me how each set was taking, so thank you so muck Karen for your understanding your kindness and timely manner and patience in getting this looked after. This is my go to spot for all my insurance and autopac needs. There was a girl who worked here for years and she was like a walking encyclopedia for anything to do with insurance or MPI, it was amazing. Haven't seen her in awhile now. The parking sucks, its on a busy street.. Osborne... thats my only complaint!
