Kristine and Abdullah were amazing. I was turned away from another agency because my AB ID needed to be valid to transfer it over. A quick call and Abdullah was able to assure me that as long as it was less than 6 months expired there was no issue to setup on sgi. When I walked in Kristine was first to help and was more than a pleasure to deal with. She was quick, professional and could joke around and still maintain the service I expected. Absolutely phenominal service. Highly recommend. Will be back 100%

It is been a while I visited this SGI brokers. Before pandemic, here already upgrade the size and renovation. During pandemic here still open as usual, but it has limited about visitors. Pretty much good service for many different brokers, and the location is very suitable for people who need renew insurance or apply a ID. Around 10 parking sports in front here, and over 40 near by the Co-op. Back to 2014, it was just 1/3 space for them. And a Roger was sit beside which taken around 140 as feet.

Good service provided. They are still keeping control over the amount of customers inside to avoid overcrowding, which I found to be excellent.

Just went here for a notary service and it went smoothly. Learned it would have been free if we'd had policies there, which my own broker doesn't do, so I might switch my package policy when it comes up for renewal.

I had an issue with my commercial medical and needed it refaxed to SGI, the gentleman that assisted me not only faxed it but emailed it also and as I had asked he called to confirm they received it and this is the above and beyond that he stayed on the line with SGI till they had approved it and reinstated my class 1A license which he printed a copy out and handed to me. I did not get the employee's name but thank you for the great service.
