Patty's service attitude is very good, especially professional, explaining the insurance terms clearly and clearly, and will give reasonable professional opinions according to the actual situation. I was worried that the case would be hopeless, but Patty used her very skilled professional knowledge to successfully help me get a claim. The process was difficult, but she was very careful and patient, and the whole communication process was very pleasant. She is a very trustworthy and good broker. Because of her, I trust Knighter arch even more!

Knight Archer in Vic Ave is a great place for customers. I had some issues regarding my vehicle. Lisa was wonderful and helped me through the process and everytime I felt my concerns are valued and sincerely solving the problem. The communication was great, smooth and top of all quick.

My condo insurance came up for renewal, it was through Knight Archer Insurance in Regina. I had questions about my policy so tried to get in touch, after a few attempts to have someone return my call, I was put in touch with a Broker named Shan Lu. His name was not the name on my policy that was up for renewal as my contact Broker but because I couldn't get help from anyone else he stepped up to the plate. He not only answered all my questions, he took the time to search around and get me a better price in comparison to what I currently have. I would highly recommend working with Shan he goes above and beyond to help.

My house insurance was changed to another company, but there were problems getting correct info to them, I phoned the office to see what the problem was ,i was told they had corrected it and all was in place, but it was not, i final went to the office and asked if this could get corrected, i got in to see Karen Filleul she looked over the file and seen there were mistakes, she said that she would get this fixed and she did , she informed me how each set was taking, so thank you so muck Karen for your understanding your kindness and timely manner and patience in getting this looked after. Courtious staff, ready to help. The lady I dealt with didnt have a very friendly attitude but she was willing to help with my requests without hesitation. They were busy at the moment so that may have played into her demeanor. Overall it was a good experience. Basic Covid-19 compliance.
