Commercial Motor License Issuer - Regina

Knight Archer Insurance is looking for a full-time Commercial Motor License Issuer based in our Victoria Ave East office.  The successful applicant will be energetic and self-motivated with a passion for learning and excellent customer service. 

Job Specifics

  • Primary contact for all customers in Knight Archer’s Fleet Renewal Program
  • Working daily with Accounting, Commercial and CSS team members
  • Responding to all customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Issuing new plates and registrations for customers who have bought new and used vehicles
  • Calling SGI support service when needed and keeping a positive working relationship with SGI
  • Collecting payments and producing invoices
  • Logging activities in SIGXp
  • Working with computer programs such as MS Office, SigXp, and SGI auto fund
  • Communicating primarily by phone and email
  • Continuously learning by keeping up to date with SGI training sessions and online modules
  • Providing advanced renewal notifications
  • Maintain customer vehicle spreadsheet

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
  • Acceptable criminal record check
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member with co-workers in Commercial, Accounting and CSS
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service experience; preference for previous experience in Motor License Issuing
  • Must be able to successfully pass the Restricted Auto License program
