It has been less than 1 week since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. In the time since that has happened, we have all felt the urgency and uncertainty unfolding around us. Precautionary measures to #Flattenthecurve are being taken throughout Canada and all around the globe. Schools and businesses are being closed in an effort to reduce potential exposure.
As an Insurance Brokerage, Knight Archer is invested on a daily basis in protecting our customers from financial loss and hardship. We are also invested in the health and safety of our customers, employees and our communities as a whole. I am sending this email as an update regarding my personal assurance to you, our customer, that we taking every precautionary measure we can to do our part in protecting our society.
With that in mind, we have chosen to close our office in Calgary and allow our staff to work from home. They will be able to be reached by phone and email. We are well established to provide services to customers throughout our organization and online. Knight Archer is also pleased to provide the ability for our customers to use eBroker, our self-service portal allowing you to view insurance documents, make payments, contact your broker, etc. Please feel free to discuss with your broker and get set up.
